Katie practices a consent-based relationship-building training technique for grooming. It gives your dog choices during their visit and allows them to signal when they’re getting too overwhelmed.
Current research proves that having choice helps dogs feel more comfortable and at ease. Not every dog will “love” getting groomed, but Katie strives to help them tolerate and understand their spa day.
We require all new dogs to be on a monthly schedule.

Two warm hydro-massage baths: the first gets your pet squeaky clean & the second addresses any skin or coat needs. Finished by a conditioning rinse to smooth and seal their hair follicles.
