We are currently accepting new clients on a once or twice monthly basis.
Once your pet’s appointment is set, you will receive a text with the initial booking information as well as a reminder text two days before the appointment.
Please be advised that new clients who use the reminder to cancel will not be eligible for any further appointments with us.
We book on the basis of ninety minute arrival windows.
It’s important that an adult pet guardian is present during the entirety of our arrival window to facilitate the very first spa date.
When we arrive at your location, please wait inside! Katie will knock or ring your doorbell.
Dogs need to be leashed and cats will need to be crated so that they can be safely brought to our salon.
The spa session should not be interrupted for any reason. This can potentially cause harm to both your pet and our stylist.
Disrupting the grooming process means that we will return your pet at that time and you will be liable for the full grooming fee.
After your pet is fully primped, you’ll receive your next date and a fresh pet!
Payment is required upon completion of the service; we accept cash, Zelle, checks, and all major credit cards.
